In the high-end metal production, 3D laser
measuring equipment controls the curvilinear design
(free form areas). This very efficient measuring
tool can cope with all the requirements of complex
technical objects, delivering a “clean” overall point
cloud. This enables exact comparisons with the
original data files of our customers.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) is conducted at
every vital step in the production process, providing
verifiable quality data. Due to optical and tactile
measuring equipment that is integrated in a complex
network, we can acquire online (real time)
measuring values straight from the process.
